Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Pretty good value for the money

I was pleasantly surprise with this product. If I am honest, my expectations were low due to the price, but after reading reviews I decided to give it a try. Like I stated in my review title, I think it¡®s pretty good value for the money. It looks exactly as in the photo, it's sexy, and I would definitely used for Valentine's. As a reference, I am 5.6' and 140 pounds well distributed, meaning that I am a little bit curvy, not too much though. I have a thin waist, a flat belly, modest butt and a 34DD breast (yeah, I am kind of lucky, but I also workout). Most importantly, with this measurements I got size L, and I had to shorten the length of the bra a bit to make my breast stay in place. Also, even though I can use the waist piece the way it came, it would also fit me better if it was a bit smaller. I was also skeptical with the stockings because my thighs and legs are what make me curvy rather than my hips, but it did fit me very well. Overall it's a great purchase and I recommend it. I'll be buying more from this brand/store. I hope this review helps to decide if this is for you.
